A. Closing rates vary from site to site. Your sales rep on site should be able to give you a closing date. Over the course of your transaction you will be notified by the builder in writing of any delays. Remember that even though you may have purchased a new home in a new development, your home is a unique individual product that requires the coordination of many professional trades. Every effort is made to close your home on time.
